12th Annual Food Allergy News for Kids Poster Contest

Theme: Take Action, Prevent Reactions
Posters should show what actions you take to prevent reactions from food allergies

Size: All posters must be on 8.5x11-inch sheets of paper

Deadline: Entries must be postmarked by June 12, 2009

Categories: Entries will be judged in two groups:
• Ages 4 to 7
• Ages 8 to 11

Prizes in each category will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place

Special instructions: Posters must be made using arts and crafts materials, such as crayons, markers, colored pencils, yarn, and so on. Computer-generated artwork and text will not be accepted. Contest is open only to children who have a food allergy. All entries become the property of FAAN.

Mailing instructions: Write your name, address, age, and the foods you are allergic to on the back of your poster. Place your poster flat in an envelope (folded posters will not be accepted), and mail it to:
