14th Annual Food Allergy News for Kids Poster Contest

Theme: Be a FAAN Hero

Size: All posters must be on 8.5x11-inch sheets of paper

Deadline: Entries must be postmarked by June 10, 2011

Categories: Entries will be judged in two groups:
• Ages 4 to 7
• Ages 8 to 11

Prizes in each category will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place

Special instructions: Posters must be made using arts and crafts materials, such as crayons, markers, colored pencils, yarn, and so on. Computer-generated artwork and text will not be accepted. Contest is open only to children who have a food allergy. All entries become the property of FAAN.

Mailing instructions: Be sure to include your name, age, food allergies, address, phone number, and your parent's e-mail address on the back of your poster. Place your poster flat in an envelope (folded posters will not be accepted), and mail it to:
